Asuransi Mega Saving Protection (can be called “Proteksi Sejati” or “Insurance Policy”) is an insurance product that is insured by PT PFI Mega Life Insurance (“PFI Mega Life”). Once you have successfully registered, you will be registered as an insured participant of the main Insurance Policy.

Proteksi Sejati applies to everyone (1) insured participant. You can also register for any of your immediate family members, subject to their consent and health declaration.

By registering for Proteksi Sejati, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions of Proteksi Sejati, including the Product Summary, E-Policy, and Endorsements setting out coverages and exclusions, that PFI Mega Life may provide. You are advised to read the Product Summary and terms of Proteksi Sejati before registering.

After your registration is successful, a copy of the E-Policy or other policy documents will be provided to you digitally.

You acknowledge and agree that the statements you make in the purchase request will form the basis of the insurance contract and you represent that all information provided is true, correct, and complete. If any of the information is incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete, your purchase of Proteksi Sejati may be canceled and void.

You acknowledge that you are aware that you may seek independent advice from a qualified advisor before purchasing Proteksi Sejati. You agree to take full responsibility for ensuring that this product meets your financial needs and insurance objectives.

You can update your information, assign or nominate a beneficiary for your Proteksi Sejati directly through PFI Mega Life.

The Free-look period (studying the policy) for 14 calendar days does not apply to Proteksi Sejati. You are deemed to have agreed to the Insurance Policy, terms, and conditions, and any premium paid will not be refundable after the end of the Free-look Period.

There is no waiting period for accidental death benefits. Please note that there are a waiting period of thirty (30) calendar days from the effective date of the E-Policy or recovery of coverage for compensation for death due to non-accidents.

Failure to pay monthly premiums (due to insufficient balance or declined payment transactions) for 10 days or more may result in the expiration of Proteksi Sejati coverage.

The Proteksi Sejati Product Offer may be changed, withdrawn, or terminated by PFI Mega Life at any time with or without prior notice to you. For the avoidance of doubt, this will not affect the insurance coverage that you previously had, and the insurance coverage will remain valid in accordance with the provisions in the Policy document or E-Certification issued to you.
